Bequest

Our solicitor has provided a paragraph of wording to assist in the preparation of a will to include a bequest to Hands and Feet.  A bequest is a generous act that allows your impact in this world to continue into the future.   Your bequest to Hands and Feet can be big or small.  When you include a bequest to Hands and Feet in your will, you are investing into the lives and futures of people who work to help those in need.

What can your Bequest be?

  • Pecuniary Bequest: a fixed sum of money
  • Residuary Bequest: a share of your estate after all other debts and gifts are paid
  • Specific Bequest: an item of value such as shares, a house etc.

How do I make a Bequest?

Your bequest is part of your will.  If you have an existing will you can amend it to add a bequest by adding a codicil.  Please see your solicitor for more information.  If you do not already have a will, we recommend that you see a solicitor.  Please feel free to contact us and we will help you find a solicitor for your needs.
