Thank you for your interest in the important work and mission of Hands and Feet.
This work commenced in 2015 and has grown considerably from a small team of people making contacts with people living in the CBD of Sydney to now having a presence in nearly every Australia state/territory to carry out many functions to help and support people in the community with the distribution of food hampers through local churches. We are also involved with providing community support to NDIS participants.
Hands and Feet cannot continue without the generous support it receives from sponsors, business and individuals.
It is also possible to support the work by leaving a bequest in your Will. We realise that the main beneficiaries in your Will are likely to be your family members but it is possible that you might consider a gift to Hands and Feet to help carry on the work for years to come.
Hands and Feet is a registered charity so a bequest to a charity in your Will can be advantageous to your estate just like making a charitable donation during your lifetime. You can leave a specific amount of money or a portion or percentage of your estate. You can also leave the gift generally or state a specific purpose you want to benefit.

Finally, we encourage you to speak to a Solicitor about updating your Will and including the wording:
“I give to Hands and Feet Inc (ABN 72 1898 29388) (please specify here either the amount of ?? or what portion ?? of my residue estate that you intend to gift) for its general purposes and the receipt executed by an authorised officer of Hands and Feet Inc shall be a sufficient discharge to my trustee and my trustee shall not be bound to see to its application.”
