THE BOARD
Rob Knott (BE, MAICD, FIEAust) – Chair
Rob currently also serves as Board Chair of the GHD Foundation, a global charity, which is operating in Australia, Canada and the USA. The GHD Foundation is focused on removing barriers to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) education and employment for young people. Through early exposure to science and technology, and tertiary education scholarships and grants, the GHD Foundation enables young people to make a difference in their communities.
Joshua Groenestyn – Vice Chairman
Joshua is the managing director of Sydney Packaging Pty Ltd, a business that employs upward of 40 employees. Sydney Packaging have been active participants in employment development programs with the aim of training and equipping the disabled for everyday life. Joshua has 20 years’ experience in community camping for all ages and has attended and run annual leader training for camp leaders in this time.
Brad is a Director of two small businesses that operate out of Sydney. He has in the past provided admin support for the CCCAust Church network at the National and State level. In 2015 Brad was asked to take over the day to day Management of H&F and has been working with the Board to grow the services that are provided by H&F to local churches. He is passionate about the local church and its role in our communities. Brad and his wife Annette attend Kings Park Community Church.
Louisa Copeland (BHlthScN, MA)
Louisa graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science as a Registered Nurse in 2004 and also with a Masters of Arts in Theology in 2016. Louisa has been working in The Emergency Department at Westmead Hospital for the past 16 years. Louisa has also volunteered with the Australian Rescue Mission (ARMS) having being deployed overseas to Samoa after a natural disaster impacted the small island nation. Louisa, together with her husband are Directors of Disability Agency, Healthcare Request, specialising in Healthcare Support staff for Disability, Mental Health, Nursing and Aged Care sectors.
Louisa has been a board member of Hands and Feet since September 2019.
George Fattal
George has been in the travel industry for over 40 years and is both the foundation and the backbone of Planet Blue travel in Sydney.
George has a heart for mission trips, is a Pastor at a local Sydney Church, and he and Lydia Fattal have been blessed with four wonderful children. Their three sons, Michael, Joshua, and Samuel, have stood alongside George in continuing to create a travel legacy filled with passion.
In 1991 George established the first fully dedicated Christian travel agency in Australia, serving and partnering with the Christian community all over.
Gordon Cowell
Gordon has 41 years of experience in retail and wholesale management. He has been involved in the management of an agricultural machinery spare parts division. He has spent 10 years in Business Management, Financial Management, training of Nationals in retail and wholesale management in Papua New Guinea. On returning to Australia he was responsible for the management of five retail shops in Queensland for five years. In 1989 he set up and managed a wholesale distribution warehouse for the importing of books and gifts for distribution to Christian Book Stores throughout Australia. Gordon retired from this position in 2014 but continues to manage a Not-for-Profit Trust. Chair of AMT – Support for overseas missionaries

Brad Scott – Managing Director
Brad spends 4.5 days a week in the H&F office Managing the growth of H&F. He has a passion to see H&F support the local church in providing services to them that help them help people in their community. Our vision is to see H&F active in all States and Territories of Australia and Brad is working with the amazing H&F team to see this achieved.
Titilia Brown – Church Partnerships
Titilia has been with Hands & Feet from the very beginning, she manages the food distribution to both our City Care program and to our Community Care distribution centres. She also manages our volunteer drivers and encourages our churches in their community care work. Titilia has experience in the Newspaper Industry in classifieds advertising, Security Industry, control room operations, Banking, customer service, Disability Industry, support worker, Aged Home Care, client support, Residential Aged Care where she held and functioned in a variety of roles beginning with nursing staff, RAO (recreational activities officer), ACFI Officer (aged care funding instrument) and Admin Officer (admissions and discharge).
Reuben Torrance – Disability Care Coordinator
Reuben has been brought onto the Hands & Feet team to start up and develop the NDIS program. He has a passion to help people with disabilities to reach their full potential through our NDIS program and our camping program.
He has over 3 years of experience as a support worker with Northcott and has been involved with our disability camps for over 15 years. He also has a Bachelor of Arts from Western Sydney University.
Martin Canales – Food Care Coordinator
Martin has joined the Hands & Feet team to manage the warehouses and warehouse managers for the food care program.
