Feedback & Complaints

Hands & Feet understands that we can always improve our services and we love to hear from those that we work with to hear how we can best help them. 

You are able to leave us feedback in a number of different ways.

  • Verbally – By calling or talking to a Hands & Feet worker.
  • Written – By emailing a Hands & Feet worker or by using the form below.

If we receive a complaint a Hands & Feet staff member will contact you to find the best way of resolving your complaint. 

We appreciate feedback from the people that we are trying to help because it shows us how we can improve what we do, so there will not be any repercussions against anyone that makes a complaint or leaves us feedback.
