Feedback & Complaints

Hands & Feet recognises the value of collecting feedback and complaints in order to improve the services that we offer and therefore .

You are able to leave us feedback in a number of different ways.
You can leave verbal feedback by either talking to or calling a Hands & Feet worker or you can leave written feedback by email or writing to the NDIS coordinator or filling in the form below.

Once the complaint has been received by the NDIS coordinator, he will contact you to find the best way of handling the complaint.
